We are here to help. We do our best to help out as many patients after surgery. We understand that situation occur and things do not come out as planned. We do our best to accommodate any changes. 

BOOKING APPOINTMENT

We strive to accommodate our patients to the best of our ability. Appointments must be booked 72 hours in advance, to avoid the $35/$85 last minute fee. $35 Fee; Post-op Massage and or Treatment. $85 Fee; Live-in Stay or Live-in Care.

To book service, text: (951)455-7588. A response may take up to 24/48 hours. We strongly encourage our patients to book in advance. All of our appointment confirmations, are sent via text or email.


DEPOSIT

Non-Refundable Deposit is required to book and will be credited towards patient service. Deposit vary on service, please inquire for amount. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE; however, patient may reschedule given advance notice. All current deposits are NON-TRANSFERABLE; cannot adjust and/or combine with discounted offers.  


RESCHEDULING / CANCELLATION

30 day notice, for Live-in Care or Live-in Stay.

48 hour notice, for Post-op Massage and or Treatment.

Live-in Care or Live-in Stay” If patient changes or reschedule date(s) 30 or more days before schedule service, no additional fee. If patient changes or reschedules date(s) within 29 or less days, there will be an additional $85 fee to change/reschedule. Patient must reschedule their new date(s) within 90 days of notice, to transfer deposit. Patient may change or reschedule, up to 1x. If patient arrives after schedule check-in date, patient is responsible for the cost of their missed day(s). If patient is hospitalized during their live-in, the patient is responsible for the cost of the service, until a written cancellation is submitted. If patient reduces the number of days for Live-in Stay or Live-in Care from the first day of service, patient will be charge 50% of the number of days reduced.

Post-op Massages or Treatment” Patient may change or reschedule, up to 2x. If client does not show up for schedule appointment, their session will be forfeited. If patient reduces the number of days of massages and or treatments from the first day of service, patient will be charge $85 per massage/treatment reduced.


LATE ARRIVALS / SERVICE TERMS

Babymade schedules patients accordingly. If running late, we ask our patients to inform their postoperative specialist on the estimated time of arrival. If a patient is late 20 minutes or more, the session may result in a cancellation as accommodating late patients may inconvenience the time of the next appointments. While we will try our best to accommodate, the appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In this event the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect.

“Post-OP Massage or Treatment”

We kindly ask our clients to be prepared for their schedule session. Clients who are unprepared, may result in a shortened session in order to keep on schedule. 


ADDITIONAL FEES

Non-negotiable 75% Inconvenience Fee will be added to any service(s) scheduled before or after Babymade business hours including Saturday and Sunday, observed holidays, or vacation day(s). Inconvenience fee excludes, Live-in Stay and Care. 50% Holiday Fee will be added to any live-in service(s), booked on a holiday.

Post-op Massages or Treatment”   Balance is due the first day of service.

Remaining balance is requested to be paid in cash / Zelle.
