What is the difference between Live-in Stay & Live-in Care?

Live-in Stay, Patient recovers at our Babymade home with 24hr care.

Live-in Care, 24hr Caregiver helps patient recover in the privacy of their own home.

Does Live-in Stay/Care include post-op massages?

Yes, all Live-in services include post-op lymphatic massages.

How do I get on the waitlist, if you are fully booked?

Please direct message @Babymade.Aftercare or text 951.455.7588 with; full name, contact number, surgery date and the service you are interested in booking (Live-in, Post-op Massage).

When should I book my post-op massages?

Babymade recommends patient to book a year in advance, or as soon as possible. Availability is limited.

Can I break up my payments?

No, the balance is required to be paid in full on the first day of service. If a patient is opting in paying day by day, patient must submit a deposit for each appointment reserved and booked. Babymade does not break up payments for packages, patient must pay per session price.

How many massages do I need to book?

Babymade recommends their patient to book at “least” 10 post-op massages. Generally patients will add-on an additional 5 to 10 upkeep massages, after their first 10. We highly advise patient to book all their appointments, as soon as possible due to limited available appointments.

Do you travel to patient homes just for post-op massage?

Yes, Babymade offers in-home massages within a 20/25 miles radius of 92882. In-home massages are based on availability only. Additional gas/travel fee is required.

Do you offer transportation to/from surgery clinic?

Yes, Babymade offers transportation with additional gas and transportation fee. Transportation is based on availability only.

Can Babymade travel with me, out of state and accompany me on the day of my surgery?

Yes, our nurse/caregiver can travel with a patient out of state and accompany them during their surgery. The service would be considered under Live-in Care. Patient will be responsible for the all travel expenses.
